The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance identifying male in the attached surveillance photos wanted for questioning in connection with an assault within the confines of the 50 Precinct in Bronx.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on Monday, April 8, 2019 at 2145 hours, in the vicinity of Exterior Street and W. 225 Street, a 62-year-old male victim was entering his residence when he became involved in a verbal dispute with an unidentified male, which escalated into a physical confrontation. The male produced a knife, slashing the victim about the head, face and neck causing severe lacerations. The male fled the location in unknown direction. The victim was transported by EMS to Jacobi Hospital in serious but stable condition.
The person wanted for questioning is described as a male Black, 30-40 years of age, heavy build; last seen wearing all dark clothing.
