The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual depicted in the attached photo in regard to an assault that occurred within the confines of the 52 Precinct in Bronx.
The details are as follows.
It was reported to the police that on January 23, 2019 at approximately 1725 hours the unidentified individual approached the 11-year-old male victim inside of a residential building, in the vicinity of East Gun Hill Road and Dekalb Avenue, where he engaged him in a conversation. The male lured the victim to a different floor and exposed his genitals to him.
The individual is described as a Hispanic male who is approximately 5’5″-5’7″ with glasses.
