The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual depicted in the attached video and photographs in connection to a robbery that occurred within the confines of the 44 Precinct in Bronx.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on July 15, 2019, at approximately 2030 hours, inside of 244 East 161 Street (Walgreens), the individual walked into the restricted area of the Walgreens and knocked on the door to the back office. When the 21-year-old male employee opened the door, the individual brandished a knife and forced the employee to the floor. The individual removed approximately $3,000 from the safe and the register drawer. The male ran out of the location through a rear exit and fled on foot southbound on Morris Avenue.

The individual is described as a male, Black, 20 to 25 years old, with a beard; last seen wearing a white helmet, a neon green and orange work vest, a black hooded sweater, blue jeans, tan boots, and he carried a black and blue duffel bag.
