The New York City Police Department is asking the public for assistance with locating and identifying the male in the attached video and photo wanted for questioning in connection to several robberies that occurred within the confines of the 40th Precinct in Bronx.

Help Identify A Robbery Suspect

Details are as follows.

Incident #1: It was reported to police that on Tuesday, June 25, 2019, at approximately 2345 hours, in front of 180 440 Jackson Avenue, three males approached a 48-year-old male victim. The males placed their arms around the victim’s neck and struck the victim multiple times about the body. The three males then forcibly removed $230 dollars and two credit cards from the victims’ pants pockets. The individuals fled in an unknown direction. The victim suffered pain to the neck and back and complained of difficulty swallowing. He was removed to St. Barnabas Hospital.

Incident #2: It was reported to police that on Saturday, June 29, 2019, at approximately 2035 hours, in front of Tinton Avenue and East 150 Street, an unidentified male approached a 59-year-old male victim from behind. The unidentified male put his hands into the victim’s pants pockets and forcibly removed his wallet without permission or authority to do so. The individual fled in an unknown direction. No injuries were reported.

Incident #3: It was reported to police that on Tuesday, July 02, 2019, at approximately 2350 hours, in front of Concord Avenue and East 151 Street, four males approached a 51-year-old male victim. The males struck the victim in the face with closed fists about the body, knocking him to the ground. The three males then forcibly removed the victim’s wallet from his pants pocket. The individuals fled eastbound on East 151 Street. The victim sustained pain to the left leg and left arm and lost several teeth. He was removed to Lincoln Hospital.

Incident #4: It was reported to police that on Saturday, July 06, 2019, at approximately 0400 hours, in front of Concord Avenue and East 152 Street, three males approached a 53-year-old male victim. The males punched and kick the victim multiple times about the body. The three males then forcibly removed wallet, a cellphone, a watch, a driver’s license, a credit card, and approximately $320 dollars from the victims’ pants pockets. The individuals fled in an unknown direction. The victim refused medical attention.

Incident #5: It was reported to police that on Sunday, July 07, 2019, at approximately 0005 hours, in front of 809 Jackson Avenue, three males approached a 62-year-old male victim. The males struck the victim multiple times about the body and shoved him to the ground. The three males then forcibly removed the victim’s wallet from the victims’ pants pockets. The wallet contained approximately $100 dollars, a credit card, and identification cards. The individuals fled on foot towards 159 Street and Trinity. The victim sustained cuts to his elbows but refused medical attention.

One of the males wanted for questioning is described as male, Black, in his teens, heavyset build; last seen wearing a white tank top, dark colored shorts, and white sneakers.
