The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual, depicted in the attached surveillance photograph, who is wanted in connection with a robbery, that occurred within the confines of the 48th Precinct in theBronx.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on Sunday, August 23, 2020, at approximately 1430 hours, at the South West corner of E. 187 Street and Crotona Avenue, an individual forcibly snatched a chain from around the neck of a 64-year-old female victim causing her to fall the ground.
The unknown individual then fled the scene on foot, and the victim refused medical attention.
