On Friday, September 04, 2020, at approximately 2200 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a male shot in front of 813 Faile Street, within the confines of the 41st Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 35-year-old male, unconscious and unresponsive, with gunshot wounds to the torso.
EMS responded to the location and transported the victim to NYC Health + Hospitals / Lincoln, where he was pronounced deceased.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

There have been no arrests made and the investigation remains ongoing.
