The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the male depicted in the attached surveillance photos wanted for questioning in connection to a robbery that occurred within the confines of the 48th Precinct in Bronx.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Sunday, August 04, 2019 at 1600 hours, the 16-year-old male victim met a female acquaintance on social media and schedule to meet in person at 903 East 179th Street. Upon arrival at the 4th floor of the location, an unidentified male displaying a knife approached the victim and demanded his cell phone. The victim complied and the male fled in unknown direction with the cell phone.

There were no injuries sustained as a result of this incident.
