The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the male and female depicted in the attached photos wanted for questioning in connection to an assault that occurred within the confines of the 46th Precinct in Bronx.
Details are as follows.
On Sunday, July 28, 2019 at approximately 2015 hours, in front of 1800 Popham Avenue, a 24-year-old male became involved in a verbal dispute with an unidentified male about a parking space. The dispute escalated at which time the male left and returned with a firearm, shooting the victim two times in the lower back. The male fled in unknown direction. The victim was removed to Columbia-Presbyterian Hospital in stable condition.
Pursuant to the investigation, the unidentified male was in the company of an unidentified female at the time of the incident, whose photo and video surveillance has been captured.
