On Thursday, April 29, 2021, at approximately 2120 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a male, shot in front of 1229 Franklin Avenue, within the confines of the 42nd Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 32-year-old male, unconscious and unresponsive, with multiple gunshot wounds to the torso.
EMS responded to the location and transported the victim to New York City Health + Hospitals / Lincoln, where he was pronounced deceased.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as follows.

There have been no arrests made and the investigation remains ongoing.
