The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individuals, depicted in the attached surveillance photograph and video clip, who is sought in connection to a robbery, that occurred within the confines of the 48th Precinct in the Bronx.

Details are as follows.

On Tuesday, October 05, 2021 at approximately 0225 hours, a 56-year-old male victim (cab driver) was in front of 801 Crotona Park North, picking up a group of five individuals.

The individuals forcibly removed the victim’s property, while displaying a firearm. They demanded him out of his vehicle and he complied.

The individuals then drove off in the victim’s vehicle, a Toyota Camry, abandoned it in front ot 720 E. 141st Street and fled on foot eastbound on E. 141st Street.

The individuals removed two cellphones, a “Nike” bag and approximately $130.There were no injuries reported as a result of this incident.

The individuals are described as five (5) males, Black, approximately 17 to 21 years of age.
