The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the following individuals wanted in connection to a reckless endangerment incident within the confines of the 40 Precinct in Bronx (Police Service Area #7).
The following has been reported to police.
On Tuesday, March 19, 2019 at approximately 2130 hours, Individual #1 was in front of a residential apartment building within the Moore Houses Housing Development and displayed a firearm. Individual #1 proceeded to discharge the weapon twice into the lobby, which contained eight people. Individual #2 acted as a lookout, while Individual #1 fired his weapon. No one was injured during the incident. The individuals are described as follows:
