The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the male depicted in the attached surveillance video and photos wanted for questioning in connection to an assault that occurred within the confines of the 52nd Precinct in Bronx.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on Saturday, March 9, 2019 at approximately 1300 hours, in the vicinity of Hull Avenue and E. 209th Street, the 89-year-old male victim became involved in a verbal dispute with an unidentified male inside of the elevator of a residential building. When they were exiting the elevator, the male punched the victim and pushed him to the ground before fleeing in unknown direction. The victim suffered a minor laceration to the lip and refused medical attention at the scene.
The person wanted for questioning is described as a male Hispanic, 20-25 years-old; last seen wearing a vest jacket, baseball cap and blue jeans.
