The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance identifying the individual, depicted in the attached surveillance video clip, who is wanted for a forcible touching incident, that occurred within the confines of the 41st precinct in the Bronx.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on Monday, May 10, 2021, at approximately 0030 hours, inside a lobby area of a residential building, located in the vicinity of Simpson Street and E. 163 Street, an unknown male followed an 18-year old female into the location and grabbed her buttocks, before fleeing the location in an unknown direction.
The victim was not injured as a result of the incident.
The individual is described as an adult male, with a heavy build, and medium complexion.
He was last observed wearing a black hooded sweat shirt with the hood up, dark colored sweat pants, white sneakers and wearing glasses.
