On Thursday, September 15, 2011 at approximately 08:53 hours in front of 62 Teller Avenue, within the confines of the 44 Precinct in Bronx, Police responded to a 911 call of a male shot.
Upon arrival, responding Officers discovered the victim, a M/H/16, shot in the torso unconscious and unresponsive. EMS also responded to the scene and transported the victim to Lincoln Hospital where he was pronounced DOA. There are no arrests and the investigation is ongoing.
