On Monday, November 02, 2020, at 0843 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a 67-year-old male, unconscious and unresponsive, in the basement of 759 E. 235th Street, within the confines of the 47th Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 67-year-old male lying on the floor inside of the residence, with trauma about the neck.
EMS responded to the location and pronounced the victim deceased at the scene.
The Medical Examiner has deemed the incident a homicide.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

There have been no arrests made and the investigation remains ongoing.
