The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual, depicted in the attached surveillance video clip and photograph, who is wanted in connection to a forcible touching incident, that occurred within the confines of the 40th Precinct in the Bronx.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Thursday, August 06, 2020, at approximately 0804 hours, on the corner of 3rd Avenue and E. 149 Street, the unknown individual grabbed the 29-year-old female victim’s breast as she stood on the sidewalk.

The individual fled on foot, southbound on 3rd Avenue.

The victim was not injured as a result of the incident.

The individual is described as a light-skinned adult male, approximately 45-50 years old, 5’7″ tall, weighing 180 lbs., last seen wearing a light colored baseball cap, light colored shirt, blue jeans and red sneakers.

A surveillance video clip and a photograph of the suspect are attached and available at DCPI.
