On Saturday, January 25, 2020, at 0213 hours, the following 45-year-old male off-duty New York City employee was arrested and charged within the confines of the 60^th Precinct in Brooklyn.

Arrested:

Nelson Merizalde
FDNY – Firefighter

Charges:

assault;
harassment.

The investigation remains ongoing.

All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
