On Saturday, January 25, 2020, at 1723 hours, the following 28-year-old male off-duty New York City employee was arrested and charged within the confines of the 114th Precinct in Queens.

Charges:
- criminal sale marijuana;
- criminal possession controlled substance;
- unlawful possession marijuana.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
