It was reported to police that on Thursday, November 04, 2021, at approximately 1755 hours, a 22-year-old male victim engaged in a verbal dispute with two unknown male individuals in the vicinity of W. 225th Street and Broadway, within the confines of the 50th Precinct in the Bronx.
As the dispute turned physical, both individuals displayed firearms. Individual 1 proceeded to fire one gunshot in the vicinity of the victim striking a second victim, a 28-year-old female, in the left leg.
The unknown individuals fled northbound on Broadway.
The victim was transported by EMS to Columbia Presbyterian Hospital Medical Center in stable condition.
Individual 1, the hooter, is described as a dark-skinned male approximately 25-30 years of age, 5’09” tall, weighing 170- 180 lbs. He was last seen wearing a black hat, black jacket with the word “Brooklyn” across the back, grey sweatpants and black sneakers.
Individual 2 is described as a dark-skinned male approximately 25-30 years of age, 5’10” tall, weighing 200 lbs. He was last seen wearing a grey sweatshirt, green camouflage jacket, light colored pants and black sneakers.
Pursuant to an ongoing investigation the following 27-year-old male individual was arrested on Tuesday, November 09, 2021, at 1000 hours.

- reckless endangerment;
- criminal possession of a firearm.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
