On Tuesday, November 09, 2021, at 0740 hours, the following 58-year-old female off-duty New York City employee was arrested and charged within the confines of the 84th Precinct in Brooklyn.

Charges:
- scheme to defraud;
- forgery (10 counts);
- grand larceny (6 counts);
- falsifying business records (15 counts);
- criminal possession of stolen property (6 counts);
- criminal possession of a forged instrument (10 counts).
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
