The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance locating the male in the attached photo who resides in the confines of the 43rd Precinct.
Details are as follows.

Cesar Mendez
526 St. Lawrence Avenue
Bronx, NY 10473
It was reported to police that Cesar Mendez was last seen leaving his residence on Thursday, November 21, 2019, at 0715 hours.
He is described as a 12-year-old male, Hispanic, 5’00”, 105 lbs.
He was last seen wearing all black.
