On November 15, 2019, at 2022 hours, police responded to a report of a male assaulted in front of 116 W. 176 Street, within the confines of the 46th Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival officers discovered 29-year-old male with a gunshot wound to his arm and leg.
EMS transported the male to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as follows.

Pursuant to an ongoing investigation the following 17-year-old male suspect has been arrested in regard to this incident.

345 E. 101st Street, Apt. 3H
Manhattan, NY 10029
Charges:
- murder 2 (2 counts);
- manslaughter;
- robbery (4 counts);
- criminal possession of a weapon 2 (2 counts);
- criminal possession of a firearm.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
