Help Identify A Person Who Shot At A Crowd

The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual depicted in the attached photograph in connection to a reckless endangerment incident that occurred within the confines of the 43 Precinct in Bronx.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Sunday December 23, 2018, at approximately 02:35 a.m., at 1420 Bronx River Avenue, the individual fired several shots from the lobby at a large group of people who were in front of the building. The individual then fled farther into the building in an unknown direction. There were no injuries reported as a result of this incident.

The individual is described as a dark-skinned male with black hair; last seen wearing long sleeved black sweater, gray pants and black sneakers.

Anyone with information related to this incident is asked to call the NYPD‘s Crime Stoppers hotline at 1800577TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 188857PISTA (74782). The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers’ website or by texting their tips to 274637 (CRIMES) then enter TIP577.
