Renderings have appeared for the major affordable housing and mixed-use development that will transform the site of Hunts Point’s now-shuttered Spofford Juvenile Detention Center.

L+M Development Partners and Nelson Management Group are developing two affordable multifamily properties at 1520 and 1530 Story Avenue within the Lafayette Boynton apartment complex in the Soundview neighborhood of Bronx.
