The New York Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the following female who resides within the confines of the 7th Precinct in Manhattan.
Details are as follows.

Yu Yin Chen
127 Henry Street
New York, NY 10002
It was reported to the police that Yu Yin Chen was last seen Thursday, October 31, 2019 at approximately 0040 hours at her residence.
She is described as an 86-year-old female, Asian, 4’11”, medium build, brown eyes and gray hair.
She was last seen wearing a black and white stripped t-shirt, floral flannel pants and slippers.
