The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the following person, who was reported missing from within the confines of the 75th Precinct in Brooklyn.
The details are as follows.
Missing:
Winston Quinonez Medina
1211 Loring Avenue, Apt. 3F
Brooklyn NY, 11208
It was reported to police that Winston Quinonez Medina was last seen inside of 1211 Loring Avenue on Thursday August 20, 2020 at 1100 hours.
The missing is described as a 68-year-old male, Hispanic, approximately 5’8″ tall, weighing 190 lbs., with brown eyes and black hair.
He was last seen wearing a blue shirt, black pants and in possession of a black shopping cart.
