The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the person in the attached photograph who resides within the confines of the 115th Precinct in Queens.

The circumstances are as follows.

William O’Brien
100-30 Ditmars Boulevard
Queens, NY 11369

William O’Brien was last seen on Sunday, March 08, 2020, at approximately 1200 hours, inside his residence.

The missing is described as a 67-year-old male, male, White, 5’5″, 180 lbs., with brown eyes and brown hair.

He was last seen wearing a black jacket.
