The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance identifying the female in the attached photograph and wanted for questioning in connection to an attempted assault within the confines of the 40th Precinct in the Bronx.
The following has been reported to police.
On Wednesday, February 26, 2020, at approximately 1320 hours, inside of 521 E. 149 Street (Burger King), a 28-year-old female victim was engaged in a verbal dispute with an unidentified female. The female produced a butcher knife and swung it at the victim’s face and missed before fleeing in unknown direction.
There were no injuries reported as a result of this incident.
