The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the person in the attached photo who resides within the confines of the 17th Precinct in Manhattan.

It was reported to police that William Murphy was last seen leaving his residence on Saturday, December 07, 2019, at approximately 2230 hours.
He is described as a 60-year-old male, White, 6’1″, 190 lbs.
He was last seen wearing a dark colored t-shirt and dark colored sweat pants.
