The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the person in the attached photo reported missing who resides within the confines of the 28th Precinct in Manhattan.
The details are as follows.

Manhattan, NY 10026
It was reported to police that Shirley Middleton was last seen leaving her residence on Wednesday, December 11, 2019, at approximately 0830 hours.
She is described as a 80-year-old female, Black, approximately 5’4″, 200 lbs.
She was last seen wearing a dark green coat with dark brown faux fur on the sleeves, a white blouse with maroon stripes throughout, and a walker (blue in color).
