The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance locating the person in the attached photograph, who resides within the confines of the 77th Precinct in Brooklyn.
The details are as follows.

It was reported to police that William Duncan was last seen at his residence on Sunday, June 21, 2020, at approximately 0530 hours.
The missing is described as a 76-year-old male, Black, approximately 5’9″ tall, weighing 160 lbs., medium build, dark complexion, with brown eyes and black hair.
He was last seen wearing blue Yankees cap, blue jacket, black pants and white sneakers.
