For its 6th Annual Women’s Film Series, the Bronx Documentary Center (BDC) has selected a lineup of films focusing on agents of change, women who are playing critical, big picture roles during challenging times.
Due to the CoViD pandemic, the series this year will not include the screening of the films. It will consist of virtual Q&As / conversations with the directors of the films and those who worked on it with them.

Virtual Q&A and discussion with director Nadia Halgren. Becoming is an intimate documentary following former first lady Michelle Obama, looking at her life, hopes and connection with others as she tours with her book “Becoming”.
All In: The Fight For Democracy| Saturday, October 24, 2020, 06:00 p.m.
Virtual Q&A and discussion with co-director Lisa Cortes. The film examines the issue of voter suppression in the US. With the expertise of Stacey Abrams, the film offers an insider’s look into the barriers to voting.
