On Saturday, July 13, 2024, at approximately 0100 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a male, shot in front of 137 W. 144th Street, within the confines of the 32nd Precinct in Manhattan.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 24-year-old male, unconscious and unresponsive, with a gunshot wound to the lower left abdomen.
EMS responded to the location and transported the male aided to NYC Health + Hospitals / Harlem in critical condition.
On August 3, 2024, the victim did succumb to his injuries and the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner has listed the manner of death a homicide.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

There have been no arrests made and the investigation remains ongoing.
