The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual, depicted in the attached surveillance photographs, who is wanted in connection to a grand larceny, which occurred within the confines of the 42nd Precinct / Police Service Area 7 in the Bronx.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Saturday, October 30, 2021, at approximately 0930 hours, at a residence in the vicinity of Home Street and Prospect Avenue, a 65-year-old female victim was in the lobby waiting area when an unknown individual approached her and removed her necklace and bracelet with a value of approximately $700.

The individual fled on foot in an unknown direction.

No injuries reported as a result of this incident.

The individual is described as an adult male, Black, with a medium build.

He was last seen wearing a black baseball hat, blue sweatshirt, dark colored jeans and black sneakers.
