The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the person in the attached photo who resides within the confines of the 42nd Precinct in Bronx.
The details are as follows.

Thomas Smith
1334 Wilkens Avenue
Bronx, NY 10460
It was reported to police that the missing was last seen at his residence on Monday, December 09, 2019, at 0237 hours.
He is described as a 91-year-old male, Black, 5′ 7″, 180 lbs.
He was seen wearing all dark clothing.
