The Visit of the Magi is celebrated around the world, especially throughout Latino countries. This festive religious tradition is done to commemorate the Magi’s visit to the new born King, the birth of Jesus. Tradition has it that the Magi follow the bright and shining star which leads them to the birth place of the Saviour of the World, laying in a manger, wrapped in swaddling clothes in the Judean town of Bethlehem two thousand (2,000) years ago.

It is important to know that in order to receive a gift from the Magi’s hands, the child must be present at this auspicious event.
