Shots Fired At MTA Bus In Bronx

Shots were fired at a BX 36 bus earlier today.

The unknown gunman fled the scene after the 4:30 a.m. shooting.

Police say the shooting happened near 174^th Street and Bronx River Avenue.

Around 40 people were on the bus at the time, but no injuries were reported.

The investigation is ongoing.
