The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a person reported missing from within the confines of the 13th Precinct in Manhattan.
The details are as follows.

Sarah Sitorus
11 Stuyvesant Oval
Manhattan, NY 10009
It was reported to police that the missing was last seen at her residence at 11 Stuyvesant Oval on Wednesday, February 12, 2020, at 1300 hours.
The missing is described as a 16-year-old female, Asian, 5′ 3″ tall, 140 lbs.
She was last seen wearing all blue clothing.
