On Wednesday, April 21, 2021, at approximately 0115 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a male, shot at the corner of W. 207th Street and 9th Avenue, within the confines of the 34th Precinct in Manhattan.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 30-year-old male with gunshot wounds to the torso.
EMS responded to the location and transported the victim to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.
Further investigation revealed a second victim, a 24-year-old male, sustained a graze wound to the head at the location and removed himself to BronxCare Health System Hospital in stable condition.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

There have been no arrests made and the investigation remains ongoing.
