Police on Saturday were seeking help from the public in finding a man who robbed a gas station and fired a shot through the door in Bronx.
Around 2 a.m. this past Thursday, the suspect came to the Eagle gas station at 2103 Webster Avenue, flashed a gun at the attendant, and demanded money, police said.
The attendant refused to open the door, prompting the suspect to fire one shot through the door, police said.
The suspect than broke through the door and removed cash before fleeing, police said.
The suspect was described as a black male about 6 feet tall, wearing a green hat and a dark-colored hoodie.
Police have released a surveillance photo and video of the suspect.
