On Sunday, February 09, 2020, at 0335 hours, the following 46-year-old male off-duty New York City employee was arrested and charged within the confines of the 83 Precinct in Brooklyn.

Charges:
- attempted murder;
- assault;
- criminal use of a firearm;
- criminal possession of a firearm;
- reckless endangerment;
- acting in a manner to injure a child.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
