The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating the individual depicted in the attached photo in regards to federal firearms possession, within the confines of the 45 Precinct in Bronx.
The details are as follows:
On May 22, 2018 at 08:20 a.m. the NYPD and the Homeland Security Investigations executed a search warrant for narcotics at 2205 Palmer Avenue pursuant to an ongoing investigation. Upon entering the location investigators recovered several firearms and apparent bomb making material. The occupant of the home was not present at the scene and the location has been deemed safe. The following suspect is being sought in regards to this investigation:

Richard Laugel
38 year-old white male
He is described as 5’11” and 200 pounds.
