The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the following person, who was reported missing from within the confines of the 115th Precinct in Queens.
Details are as follows.

Raphael Inostroza
87-10 34th Avenue
Queens, NY 11372
It was reported to the police that Raphael Inostroza was last seen Wednesday, April 28, 2021, at 1600 hours, leaving his residence in his wheel chair.
The missing is described as a 51-year-old male, White, approximately 5’09” tall, weighing 165 lbs., with a thin build, light skin complexion, brown eyes and black hair.
He was last seen wearing an olive green jacket, blue jeans, black and white sneakers and in a black wheel chair with the word “drive” on the back.
