On Thursday, March 04, 2021, at approximately 0041 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a male, shot at E. 173rd Street and Boston Road, within the confines of the 42nd Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 27-year old male, unconscious and unresponsive, with several gunshot wounds to his torso, in front of 1664 Boston Road.
EMS also responded to the location and transported the victim to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, the following 23-year-old male individual has been arrested and charged in regard to the above-listed homicide.

- murder;
- manslaughter;
- criminal possession of a weapon.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
