The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the male in the attached who resides within the confines of the 7th Precinct in Manhattan.

Details are as follows.

Palmenio Espinal
80 Baruch Drive
Manhattan, NY 1002

Palmenio Espinal was last seen Friday, April 10, 2020, at 1600 hours, leaving Mount Sinai / Beth Israel Hospital, located at 281 1st Avenue, within the confines of the 13th Precinct in Manhattan.

The missing is described asn 81-year-old male, Hispanic, approximately 5’6″, 180 lbs., thin build, light complexion, green eyes, with straight salt/pepper hair.

He was last seen wearing blue jeans, black shoes and a multi-colored checkered flannel shirt.
