On Tuesday, April 27, 2021, at 1815 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a person, shot at E. 216 Street and Olinville Avenue in the confines of the 47th Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival police discovered two individuals shot.
Victim #1, a 39-year-old male, was shot in the chest and transported to Montifiore Medical Center, where he was pronounced deceased.
Victim #2, a 27-year-old female, was shot one time in the torso and removed to Montifiore Medical Center in stable condition.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, the following 41-year-old male individual has been arrested in regard to the above-listed homicide.

- murder;
- manslaughter;
- criminal possession of a weapon.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
