On November 30, 2019, at 2250 hours, police responded to a report of a person assaulted in front of 1534 University Avenue within the confines of 46th Precinct in Bronx.
The circumstances are as follows.
A 25-year-old male, who suffered a gunshot wound to the chest, was transported to Jacobi Hospital by private conveyance where he was pronounced deceased.
Following proper family notification, the victim has been identified as follows.

The investigation remains ongoing.
