On Wednesday, October 06, 2021, at 1840 hours, the following 59-year-old male off-duty New York City employee was arrested and charged within the confines of the 45th Precinct in the Bronx.

NYPD Traffic Enforcement Agent
Charges:
- public lewdness;
- obstructing governmental administration;
- disorderly conduct: obscene language / gestures.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
