On Thursday, October 07, 2021, at 0105 hours, the following 49-year-old male off-duty New York City employee was arrested and charged within the confines of the 25th Precinct in Manhattan.

David Hayes
FDNY Firefighter
Charges:
- DWI;
- refusal to take breath test.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
