On Thursday, February 11, 2021, at 1700 hours, a 29-year-old male off-duty NYC employee was arrested and charged in the confines of the 52nd Precinct in the Bronx, as follows.

Charges:
- assault;
- act in a manner injurious to a child.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
